General:

What not to mention around him: His hair style. If you even think the word pineapple, he does not like you.
Mind Control: Impossible. He's the one who lives by controlling others.
Mind Reading: Because of his focus, Mukuro has very powerful mental shields. He may lower them just slightly if he senses prodding and feels like playing a bit.
Deceit (Lies, manipulation, illusions, ect): He's the master of deceit so it's very near impossible to trick him in any situation.
Verbal abuse: He'll take it all with a smile, just beware he gets payback. One way or another.
Physical abuse: Mukuro's by no means a pushover. Start something with him and you'd better expect to finish it.
Serious injury/death: It is possible for him to get injured, depending on the circumstances. Just check with me for any situations that could get serious enough to include these two.
Kissing: Go right ahead. Male or female, he'll act as he sees fit at the time.
Hugging: He doesn't generally like touchy feely stuff, but it really just depends on the person and his relation to them.
Invasion of personal space(leaning on, ect): Not really suggested, but as he has no concept of personal space himself at times it depends on the person.
Sexual advances: Highly encouraged. Mukuro shall act accordingly.

Other:

Mukuro's powers make it so that if someone is scratched by his trident he'll be able to take possession of their body at will. Of course, this will always be discussed before hand as circumstances vary.
